学习目标： 1.拓展临床思维，更新知识体系： 帮助学员打破传统的“开胸手术”护理思维定势，全面更新关于经导管主动脉瓣置换（TAVR）、二尖瓣夹合/置换及三尖瓣介入治疗的理论架构。引导学员从单一的“疾病护理”向“全周期健康管理”思维转变，深入理解微创时代下ERAS（加速康复外科）的核心内涵。 2.深化内涵建设，推动学科协同： 倡导建立以“患者为中心”的多学科协作（MDT）护理模式，推广标准化的“一站式”全程护理管理路径。通过培训，提升学员在团队中的沟通协调能力，推动护理学科与医疗、康复、营养等学科的深度融合，最终促进心血管护理学科的高质量、精细化发展。

讨论建议： 本Session 聚焦"一站式"全程管理路径，推动参培单位开展护理流程优化，最终实现改善患者预后、降低再入院率的目标。同时需重视老年患者的心理关怀，加强多学科协作，建立导师制和质量反馈机制，确保培训投入能有效转化为临床实践改进。

How can nurses effectively address these concerns during preoperative evaluation and patient education? 5.微创手术虽然创伤小，但"创伤小"的心理认知与患者的实际恢复体验间存在落差，如何管理患者期望？ Although minimally invasive surgery causes minimal trauma, there exists a gap between the psychological perception of "minimal trauma" and patients' actual recovery experience. How should patient expectations be managed?
