16:00-17:00学习目标: 1. 识别低流速低压差AS患者TAVR术后EF仍减低时的康复风险与监护需求。 2. 理解继发性二尖瓣反流TEER术后康复反应的异质性,关注残余反流、肺高压、右心功能、心衰表型和长期低活动状态。 3. 明确不同程度三尖瓣反流患者科学运动的风险边界、容量管理和症状监测要点。

16:00-17:00建议讨论问题 1.可穿戴设备在心衰合并房颤患者远程管理中,最值得关注的指标是什么:心率、节律、步数、活动时间,还是睡眠? In remote management of patients with heart failure and atrial fibrillation, which wearable-derived metrics are most clinically meaningful: heart rate, rhythm, step count, activity duration or sleep? 2.可穿戴设备产生的大量数据如何转化为临床可操作的预警阈值和随访决策? How can large volumes of wearable-device data be translated into clinically actionable alert thresholds and follow-up decisions? 3.CPET 在瓣膜病术后康复中的核心价值是什么:风险分层、处方制定、疗效评价,还是获益人群识别? What is the core value of CPET after valvular intervention: risk stratification, exercise prescription, treatment evaluation or identification of patients most likely to benefit? 4.对于不能完成标准 CPET 的高龄、衰弱或重症患者,是否可以采用 6MWT、CWRET、SPPB 或可穿戴活动量作为替代指标? For elderly, frail or critically ill patients unable to complete standard CPET, can 6MWT, CWRET, SPPB or wearable-derived activity metrics serve as alternative assessments? 5.重症介入瓣膜病患者术后早期活动应如何分级:床上活动、床旁站立、病房步行、呼吸训练如何衔接? How should early mobilization be graded in critically ill patients after transcatheter valvular intervention, from in-bed activity and bedside standing to ward ambulation and respiratory training? 6.未来是否可以建立“院内评估—设备监测—居家康复—远程预警—门诊再评估”的闭环管理系统? Can a closed-loop system be established linking in-hospital assessment, device-based monitoring, home-based rehabilitation, remote alerts and outpatient reassessment?
