1、TTVA心房侧瓣环夹合与TEER / 置换心室侧操作产品在设计上的差异化优势，TTVA的适应症拓展及患者分层策略。 Design differentiation advantages of atrial-side annular clipping for TTVA versus ventricular-access TEER and transcatheter tricuspid replacement devices, together with indication expansion and patient stratification strategy of TTVA. 2、如何通过CT/TEE/TTE 提升术前各量化指标的准确性，并重点讨论三尖瓣环不同分型、右冠脉毗邻、起搏导线下影像筛查要点与规避策略。 How to improve the accuracy of preoperative quantitative parameters with multimodal imaging including CT, TEE and TTE; focus on key screening criteria and risk avoidance protocols regarding varied tricuspid annular morphotypes, proximity to right coronary artery and preexisting cardiac pacing leads. 3、针对不同反流类型（中央/多束）、瓣环扩张程度、右心功能，夹合区域的策略制定，如后隔交界区、前后交界区的夹合位置的选择与排布。 Development of clipping-site strategies based on tricuspid regurgitation morphology (central/multi-jet), annular dilatation severity and right ventricular function, including selection and spatial arrangement of clipping targets at the anteroseptal and posteroseptal commissures. 4、术中如何通过超声+DSA引导+精准的控弯操作，将锚定部件和夹合部件送到规划位置，其中的关键技巧与难点有哪些。 Key technical tips and procedural challenges to deliver anchoring and clipping components to preplanned target sites under combined guidance of intraprocedural echocardiography and DSA with precise catheter tip deflection manipulation. 5、术中锚定到目标角链区的操作技巧，以及如何避免夹合过程中锚定脱出、冠脉狭窄、穿刺等并发证的发生。 Intraprocedural techniques for targeted anchoring at designated annular commissural zones, alongside preventive strategies to avoid procedural complications such as anchor dislodgement, coronary stenosis and unintended puncture during clipping deployment.
